Kristy has been working as a disability support worker for the past three years and is currently studying a degree at university. Supporting people to live independently and achieve their goals is something she is genuinely passionate about. Her commitment to disability support comes from personal experience. Growing up, she had family members living with disabilities, which gave her a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, reliable and person-centred support. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career where she can make a positive difference in the lives of others. Offering a range of support services tailored to individual needs, including transport to and from appointments, assistance with daily living tasks, community access and personal care. Her goal is to provide support that helps people feel empowered, valued and confident in their everyday lives.
